Villa Andreas Policies and Conditions
Reservations: We ask for a minimum stay of five consecutive nights. You can cancel your reservation up to 21 days before the date of arrival without penalty. However, if you fail to cancel before this time or if you fail to show up, or if you do not stay for the full term of your reservation, we will have to charge you for 50% of the total amount of your reservation.
This penalty is in accordance with Greek law (1652/30-10-86). Article 3.
Payment can be made at the time of booking (by bank transfer only), or during your stay with us. Our online booking system will ask you for your credit card number, which we retain only in case of cancellation or no-show. We will take no advance payment or deposit from your credit card.
Room Capacity: Each of our two-room suites has a double bed in one room and a divan convertible to a single bed in the other. Each suite can accommodate a maximum of two people (including a child of seven years or older). We do not provide extra or folding beds.
Housekeeping: Toilets will be cleaned every day. Rooms will be cleaned and bed linen changed every five days. Towels will be changed every two days (if left on the floor).
Reception Hours: Our resident staff member will be available in Reception from 0700 to 1000 every morning and from 1800 to 1900 every evening.
